Strength & Conditioning
Get comfortable with strength training in a warm & welcoming group environment. With programs for absolute beginners right through to experienced trainees this is our signature class in which to become stronger with resistance training.
Our General Fitness program is all about getting you moving more, increasing aerobic capacity and burning more calories. Here we forgo the strength work found in our S&C programs and get to work for a 45-55 minute cardio session.
This program is specifically focused on improving strength, mobility and heart-health in those over the age of 50, so that we can help them to achieve a longer, more robust and better quality of life.
